GOSELL Personal Data and Cookie Policy

This charter, last updated on October 22, 2020, has been updated to take into account legislative changes on data protection, and more specifically the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), and also contains information, when personal data concerning you are collected.

Scope: this privacy statement sets out the practices that apply to the protection of data collected by GOSELL France and its affiliates (together "GOSELL") when you access their sites via the Internet or any other electronic communication network.

1. Personal data collected

Each time you use online registration forms, GOSELL collects personal information about you. This is the case, for example, when you send us a request for an application, you register to receive an electronic newsletter or to participate in an event, you submit an RFP / RFI to us, you request authorization to download a document, you enter a contest online or when you send us an electronic message through one of the GOSELL sites.

 

2. Use of personal data

Personal data collected via GOSELL sites is used to:

  • respond to recruitment requests,

3. Information collected automatically: how is it used?

  • As soon as you visit one of the GOSELL sites, information relating to these visits is automatically collected.

  • Thus, your browser automatically communicates certain information related to Internet use, such as the IP (Internet Protocol) address of the computer used.

  • But also information is collected through cookies. The objective is to better understand the way in which visitors use GOSELL sites, to identify any problems encountered with our servers, to aggregate certain demographic and / or information concerning the use of our sites, and to improve the functionalities of the latter. These cookies do not collect any information that can identify you as an individual.

5. Information we share

  • Personal information concerning you may only be disclosed to companies in the GOSELL group, to our business partners, to government agencies and other state entities liable to verify the application of the law, to the beneficiaries of our company and to suppliers or service providers. who process your data on our behalf, for reasons such as our legitimate commercial interests or compliance with legal obligations.

 

6. Links to other sites

  • This charter only applies to information collected by a GOSELL site.

  • GOSELL sites contain links to other sites that GOSELL does not own or that are not administered by GOSELL. GOSELL is not responsible for the practices of these other sites concerning the processing of personal data. Therefore, we encourage you to review the policies of each website you visit.

  • We take measures to protect against any unauthorized disclosure, use, modification or destruction of the personal information you provide to us through the GOSELL sites. Perfect security does not exist on the Internet, however. 8. Access, Correction and Deletion

  • You have the right to ensure that all the information we have about you is accurate and up to date. You can request information about your personal data from GOSELL, as data controller on the purpose, reason and means of safeguarding the processing of your personal data. On the other hand, within this legal framework, you have the right to request that your personal data be modified or rectified when they are inaccurate, the right to limit the processing of your personal data and the right to erasure (right to be forgotten) of your personal data. 10. Internet transfers

10.1 The Internet being a global network, its use for the collection and processing of personal data necessarily involves a transfer of data in an international environment. Consequently, the simple fact of browsing the GOSELL sites and communicating with us electronically, constitutes your agreement for your personal data to be processed in this way. However, we will make every effort to protect the personal information collected by GOSELL sites, in accordance with strict data protection standards.

 

11. Modification of the confidentiality charter

We reserve the right to modify this Charter at any time without prior notice to meet the development needs of GOSELL, websites or to take into account changes in the industry or legislative changes. We will post the new version of the Charter on our website or we will announce the change on the platform home page. You can establish when the Charter was last modified by referring to the date of the “last update” at the beginning of this Charter.
